Due to the latest advice from the government to limit social contacts and stop unnecessary travel BTM Community Council has agreed to implement the following actions:
- To cancel the Council meetings for April and May
- To close the Council office at the Newport Road, Bedwas, until further notice
- Staff will work from home
- Community Council business will be conducted electronically and relevant information posted on the website
- Contact details for Community Councillors are on the website
- The Clerk can be contacted at clerk@btmcc.co.uk
- The Clerk will monitor the developing situation with the coronavirus pandemic and advise when normal arrangements can be resumed
